Hyperlocal updates, city by city.
CityPins is a hyperlocal content platform. Local businesses, organisers, and residents publish short posts called pins — an offer, a job opening, an event, a price change, a road closure, a new shop opening — tagged to a specific city and category. Visitors pick their city and see only what is happening there, newest first.
Pins are deliberately short-lived. Every pin carries an expiry date, so the feed reflects what is relevant right now rather than an archive of stale listings. Publishers spend credits to post, boost, or highlight a pin, which keeps volume low and local relevance high.
The interface is available in English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
Browsing is open to everyone, with no account required. Publishing requires a poster (individual) or brand (business) account, which is verified by email and approved manually by our team before the first pin can go live. This review exists to keep spam and misleading offers out of the feeds.

We usually reply within 2 working days. For advertising or partnership enquiries, use the same address with "Advertising" in the subject line.
Every pin has a Report action in the feed. Reported pins are reviewed by our moderators, and pins crossing our report threshold are flagged automatically. If something needs urgent attention, email us directly with the pin link.
CityPins is free to use and is funded by third-party advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are labelled and kept separate from user-published pins. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies are used and how to opt out of personalised ads.
